Terms & Conditions
By registering for Miss & Mrs India Beyond Borders, the applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines of the contest, as may be amended by the organisers from time to time.
- The applicant is required to submit valid age proof at the time of registration or as requested by the organisers. Accepted documents include Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License.
- The applicant agrees to pay a registration fee of ₹500/- (inclusive of applicable government taxes). This fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- All expenses related to regional rounds, including travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses, shall be borne solely by the participant.
- Any amount paid towards participation in the contest is non-refundable, irrespective of selection, elimination, or withdrawal by the applicant.
- Once shortlisted or selected, the applicant shall not enter into or participate in any other commercial contract, brand endorsement, or similar engagement that may conflict with the contest, without prior written consent from the organisers.
- The organisers shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, or non-receipt of applications due to technical issues, network failure, or any other reason beyond their control.
- The applicant must participate in the contest in a disciplined, professional, and diligent manner and strictly adhere to the schedules, instructions, and codes of conduct provided by the organisers.
- The schedule of events, rounds, auditions, and qualification criteria are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organisers, without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, misunderstanding, or disagreement, the decision of the organisers shall be final and binding.
- The decision of the judges with respect to selection, elimination, and final results shall be final and non-questionable.
- The applicant grants permission to Mr./Miss/Mrs. Madhya Pradesh & Miss/Mrs. Central India and Miss & Mrs India Beyond Borders to send contest-related updates, promotional content, reminders, and announcements via SMS or other communication channels.
